What we're taking a look at today is the Fulton XLT marine jack. This is a fixed jack so you see we've got a fixed mount in here. And something that's different than a lot of the other marine jacks out there, it's going to have a drop leg on the bottom. The reason I like this is that when retracted and when we've got that drop leg up it's right up here way out of the way. We don't have to worry about any swiveling or any pivoting. more

Randy: Hey guys, it's Randy here at etrailer.com.Today we're taking a look at a marine jack from Fulton. This is going to have a 1200 pound lift capacity and it's going to be pretty ideal for any of your small to medium size boats. Generally, when picking a jack out, you're going to look to the weight of your boat and trailer combo, and then you can figure on about 15% of that being the weight that you'll have on your tongue.This one, being at 1200 pounds, it's going to give us plenty of tongue weight for even the larger boats, but it's always a good idea, if you do have a large boat, you get something more heavy duty, get one in that 2000 or that 2500 pound range, because if we have our jack just rated higher than what our trailer's weight actually is, it's going to last longer and it's easier to use.Now this jack, in particular, is ideal in any marine application, but especially in saltwater applications. This has the Z600 finish on it. It's a superior, zinc coating than what we see on a lot of the standard marine jacks. Essentially it's been tested at 600 hours in the saltwater spray. more

Review of etrailer Trailer Jack - Side Frame Mount Jack - TJD-8000S- Video
Today we'll be taking a look at the Square Direct Weld Jack with Footplate. This jack is going to help us lift and lower our trailer, so that we can get it supported and leveled off whenever we need to go and hook up to our vehicle again. It's made of a durable construction. Our top piece, the handle, the inner tube and our footplate all have a zinc coating to help resist any kind of rust or corrosion. The footplate is welded in place, so it's going to be nice and secure and that's going to give us some additional lift with this jack since we'll have five different adjustment points and those are each about three and a half inches apart. To adjust those you'll just pull the clip on the one side here, pull out that pin and then that drop leg will adjust down.Let me get my pin put back in and then we'll go over some measurements for the jack. more

Jake: Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look and I'm going to show you how to install the Pro Series Marine Trailer Jack. This is going to be a great replacement or if you're building a trailer and you need an option for a good jack to put on your trailer to be able to get it on and off your vehicle. This is going to allow you with this swiveling wheel on the bottom to be able to tote your trailer around without your boat loaded.Here's an example of something that can happen if you forget to put your jack up before you take off. This customer had a wheel that was bent so they needed a nice replacement along the same style and weight capacity of their old one. As you can see here, the kit will come with a bracket and the mounting hardware to be able to mount it on your trailer.Our trailer does have the snap marine mount here still available for us to use, but if it gets damaged when you're jack got damaged you'll have the brackets and everything to put your jack in place. more

This jack is going to help you to be able to jack up your trailer to get it onto your vehicle and store in a nice, convenient stored position when you're traveling.Something you're going to notice right away when you see this jack is it's going to have a more aggressive look to it than your standard jack that might come factory on your trailer. It's going to have a nice dark charcoal gray powder coat finish that'll be tough enough to withstand any dents or scratches that might come to it. The wheel is going to be eight inches in diameter, so it's going to be more than tall enough to be able to roll over those larger objects that might be in your yard. Review of Dutton-Lainson Side Frame Mount Trailer Jack - Sidewind Square Jack - DL22340- Video
Today, we'll be taking at look at the Dutton Lainson Square Swivel Jack with Foot Plate. This is going to have a foot plate, rather than a wheel, for those instances where we have a trailer that's really too hard to move because it's just too heavy, so we'd rather have a foot plate to keep our jack from sinking straight into the ground. It's going to help to disperse out that weight and it does have some ability to help adjust for any uneven terrain or unlevel ground, so we can get it leveled out and it'll stay secure.If we look at the bottom of that plate, it's not really level. It kind of has a little bit of a mound to it, but it's a nice heavy-duty foot plate. So again, it's going to help to disperse that weight out and keep it from sinking into the ground.It's a sidewind-style jack, so we'll have our handle to the side. It has a nice ergonomic grip to make it easy to grab onto. more

Today we'll be taking a look at the Dutton Lainson Square Swivel Jack with three inch wide wheel. This is going to be a great addition to your trailer to get your vehicle, or to get your trailer lifted and lowered onto your couplers so you can tow your trailer.It's a sidewind jack, has a nice, comfortable ergonomic style handle. It's got this grip here that's kind of a soft rubber material or soft plastic material to give it a nice, easy grip. Even if your hand is a little bit bigger than mine, you'll still have plenty of room to get your hand on there and crank away. There's a square tube and on the back we'll have this bracket that mounts up to our trailer. This works with three to five inch tall trailer frames and this is just a bolt-on application. more

Review of Bulldog Trailer Jack - Side Frame Mount Jack - 150010- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Bulldog round side wind jack without a mount and a 10 inch lift and a 2000 pound weight capacity. Now, this jack is a nice, durable, heavy gauge construction. The outer and the inner tubes overlap for nice additional strength when the jack's fully extended. They do use a weather-resistant coating on the outer tube and a zinc finish on the inner tube. It does offer a screw nut stop that'll prevent damage to the screw and/or the nut when this jack is fully extended.You notice it does have the side wind handle for a nice, smooth, ergonomic design for easy cranking. And also right up here by the handle, you can see they have a grease Zerk fitting that allow for easy lubrication of the bearings. more

Today we're going to take a look at the Fulton F2 side-wind swing up wide track trailer jack with the eight-inch single wheel and a 1,600 pound weight capacity. This is a nice, maintenance-free corrosion resistant jack. It's made for marine, recreational and utility trailers, uses a lubricated one piece gear box right up here at the top that eliminates the need for manual lubrication. It does have a ventilation port that allows you to add extra grease if desired. It has a nice anodized finish on both the inner and outer aluminum alloy tube to prevent rust even in the harshest environment. Hey guys, we're going to be here at etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at Lippert components quick drop jack. This is designed for A frame trailers and just by looking at it, it looks like any standard manual jack. This one though, it's got a little trick up its sleeve, that I really like. Using a manual or a power drill, with 19 mm socket, we're actually able to operate our jack up and down.While this is going to save us a lot of money over the normal power jacks, we're not going to have to deal with the maintenance and things like that, that we're generally used to. Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Etrailer round a frame trailer jack with top wind design. It's part number is TJA-2002-B. Now this jack's gonna be a really good, all around, kind of a universal jack as long as you're in this weight capacity and you're looking for the top wind design to fit many different applications and it's strong and sturdy. They build them real simply and real easy using, rather than gears it's just going to use a nice long acme screw and a nut down here, so very few moving parts that can get damaged.Now this system's gonna offer real easy smooth operation since we're not trying to mesh two gears together, you're not gonna get that, kind of that grinding feel that some jacks have. Also because it offers a really simple design, not a lot of moving parts and all of those parts are located inside the tube of the jack, it's really resistant to weather and really very hard to damage.We've got an upright handle here on the top that's gonna help us with raising and lowering, again, very easy to do. The handle seems to be a little bit more robust than what you see on some of the typical 1000, 2000 pound area jacks. more

It does feature a tubular swivel design that lets you swing the jack up along the trailer frame for travel, and then you can swing it back down when you're ready to use it. Basically, that swivel design is compromised of these components here. You have a weld-on pipe mount. This gets welded to the trailer frame, and then this area right here will fit over the pipe and allows it to swivel as necessary.
